Refund Policy
Effective Date: February 4, 2026
This Refund Policy sets out the terms that apply to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for Belmoro’s educational services and any related digital materials. It is designed to be fair, clear, and consistent.
1) Scope
This policy applies to:
- Educational consultations / sessions (live, time-booked services)
- Digital materials (if provided: PDFs, guides, recordings, downloads, or other digital content)
2) Live Sessions: Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
Cancellation by the client:
- More than 48 hours before the scheduled start: full refund or free reschedule
- 24–48 hours before: 50% refund or one reschedule (at our discretion)
- Less than 24 hours before: no refund
Late arrival / no-show:
- If you arrive late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time.
- No-show (no attendance without notice) is treated as a late cancellation: no refund.
3) After a Session Has Taken Place
Once a session has been delivered (in whole or in part), it is considered provided and is generally non-refundable.
4) Digital Materials (If Applicable)
If digital materials are supplied as part of your purchase, they may be non-refundable once delivered or accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it (e.g., re-send links or provide alternative delivery) before considering a refund.
5) Exceptional Circumstances
We understand genuine emergencies happen. Where there is a serious and unavoidable reason (e.g., medical emergency), we may consider a refund or reschedule on a case-by-case basis. Please contact [email protected] with a brief explanation.
6) Belmoro Cancellations
If Belmoro cancels a session, you will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- A rescheduled session at a mutually convenient time
7) No Performance or Outcome-Based Refunds
Belmoro provides education and guidance only. We do not guarantee investment returns or outcomes, and refunds are not provided based on market movements, portfolio performance, or decisions made after the service is delivered.
8) Fees, Payment Providers, and Chargebacks
Refunds (where approved) are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider. Any non-refundable processing fees charged by payment platforms may be deducted where applicable and permitted.
If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to pause support while the dispute is investigated and to provide relevant records to the payment provider.
9) Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Some banks and providers may take longer to reflect funds.
10) Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
